Monfort Companies has been investing in and operating convenience stores, including multiple 7-Elevens, since 2016.

Supporting local job growth, we initially focused in rural markets and have recently started acquiring urban locations as well. While traditional retail has struggled in the face of e-commerce, convenience items continue to be in high demand.

With holdings in Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas, we are also actively pursuing opportunities in Minnesota, Texas and Arizona.
